1. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred (to an equivalent lead/follow) subject to the new booker taking over the booking fully and at the same payment terms.

2. Bookings and deposits made as a pair can only be transferred as a pair. 

 

3. Any booking transfers must be agreed with Ceroc Ignite before any exchange is made

​

4. Full payment for your pass (Day, Half, Full) must be made no later than Sunday 9th November 2025 to guarantee your place.

5. If Ceroc Ignite cancels the weekend then the deposit and any additional monies paid to Ceroc Ignite as part of the weekend payments will be refunded in full. Liability of Ceroc Ignite does not extend beyond the monies paid to Ceroc Ignite at the date of cancellation.

6. If you are unable to attend the weekend for any reason, for example such as illness or a change in personal circumstance, then a refund is not possible however the booking may be transferred to another person under the same conditions as deposit transfers.

7. If you book accommodation, meals, or other services directly with the hotel, Ceroc Ignite is not responsible for these arrangements and we are not liable for any costs related to changes or cancellations of these bookings.

8. These terms are not negotiable and by booking with us, you confirm acceptance of them.
