When Sara was asked what she wanted to do with her life, she simply said “I want to teach people to dance”.

Since then Sara has been running events for nearly twenty years, and has become one of the UK’s leading teachers of partner dance.

​

She blends diverse influences such as jive, swing, blues, WCS and tango to create her own style of Blues-Fusion, with its emphasis on technique, style and musicality.

​

Her workshops are a legendary blend of superb instruction, mayhem and laughter that leave participants newly confident in their ability to reveal the story and the drama of the music.

​

Her passion for letting the music drive the dance is reflected in her unique and sassy teaching style, creating dancers who are in demand wherever they go.

​

Sara’s own events are legendary, and draw dancers from all over the country for joyous dancing that strays into the wee small hours, and sometimes even sees the sunrise welcome weary yet delighted dancers. As well as events across the UK, she also runs dance retreats and holidays in the UK, Lanzarote and Sweden.
