Northern Ireland’s FIRST Ceroc Dance Weekend

Tom & Jo Dimelow

Since originally qualifying as a Ceroc Beginner and then Intermediate Teacher, Tom has added SILC to his repertoire which means that, together with Jo, they are highly sought after teachers on the Ceroc Weekend circuit.

Their classes are always well structured and easy to follow no matter if they are beginner, intermediate or advanced level, and adding layers of style is something Tom & Jo excel at.
These guys love to share their passion for dance and this is perhaps best explained by a few words from Tom himself …

When I was a child I played the piano (not well!) and it provided an escape from problems at school. I could come home and get lost in an angry Phantom of the Opera (never had Andrew Lloyd Webber invite me to play on his orchestra mind) and I could release my frustrations, and just let it go.
Since then, whenever my adult life has gotten difficult, dancing has provided the same escape. To get lost in the music with someone you know, or even a complete stranger, to then help others to succeed and learn the skill, is to be part of other people’s escape and joy.
Ceroc has led me to making many friends, feeling part of a community and ultimately a family. So to anyone who I’ve danced with, taught, been taught by or I’ve DJ’d for, thank you.
